As a member of both NALS and SAFEagent, Busbybee Lettings is committed to the campaign to raise awareness of the financial protection firms can offer to consumers through being part of a Client Money Protection Scheme. SAFEagent and NALS are part of a coalition of organisations backing an amendment to the Housing Bill to make it compulsory for all letting agents to have CMP. To emphasise the importance of this amendment to politicians, we are supporting an online petition. If it reaches 10,000 signatures then the Government will have to respond and hopefully that will help increase political support for an amendment to the Bill.
