We are Busybee Lettings first landlords. David & Joan are both very approachable and will always go out of their way to help you. We find them very knowledgeable about all aspects of Letting and the legal requirements etc. They are very thorough in carrying out the six/eight weekly property inspections and informing us of their findings. Also, when tenants move on, they seem to be able to fill the property again very quickly. Most of all we find their charges are very reasonable for the work they do, hence the reason we are still with them today. We have no hesitation in recommending Busybee Lettings to other landlords.
