Landlord Lettings Services

Landlord's Fees

(All our fees are inclusive of VAT)

 

Full Management Service

 

Letting Fee - 75% of the rental achieved with a minimum fee of £300

Includes advertising, accompanied viewings, tenancy negotiations, an Inventory and the first month's management fee.

 

 

Monthly Management Fee - 12%

First Month's Management Fee included within the letting fee.

The second and subsequent months -12% of Monthly Rental^

^Fee negotiable for larger property portfolios.

Tenant Find/Let Only Service

 

Sole Agent Agreement  - 75% of rental achieved minimum fee of £300.00

 

Multi Agent Advertising  - 90% of rental achieved minimum fee of £400.00

Landlord Services


Fully Managed Service
 
For those landlords that want peace of mind but with the knowledge that your portfolio holding is in safe hands Busybee Lettings offers a full management service at a very competitive rate.


Key Features:
1. Rents paid within 3 working days of receipt (subject to clear funds); Our aim is to receipt rents and pay landlords within agreed time spans or 24 hours.
2. Periodic inspections of your property with written reports of outcome/findings.
3. Day to day repairs undertaken to an agreed figure, above which we seek your approval/confirmation for your complete peace of mind.
4. We provide all our managed properties with an inventory at no extra charge, excluding properties where the management has been transferred to us during the course of tenancy and where no inventory exist.  Upon re-letting such a property we will then remedy this.
5. All our fees and charges are inclusive of VAT.

 

Tenant Find or Let Only Service

 

For either experienced landlords or those that don't require us to manage their portfolio we offer a Tenant Find or Let Only Service.


Key Features:
1. No Let - No Fee.
2. Fully Referenced Tenants.
3. Accompanied and Out of hours viewings.
4. All our fees and charges are inclusive of VAT.
5. Tenancy sign up in the property.
6. On-going support.  We are there to offer advice and support should you require it.

 

Advertise Only Service

 

For the Landlord who would like their property advertised but wants full control. we offer an advertise only service.

 

Key Features:

1.  Property Advertised on Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and our own Website and given a space in our high street window.

2. All leads from advertisements will be forwarded onto the landlord.

3. All our fees and charges are inclusive of VAT.

 

Transfer your Property or Portfolio Holding to Us

We offer a simple, straightforward, easy, transfer option if you would like us to take over the management of your portfolio holding whether it is just one property or more.


Key Features:
1. Once authorised Busybee Lettings will undertake all contact, discussions, with the other agent to ensure a smooth transfer.
2. There is no extra cost to you we will pay any termination fees charged by your agent and reclaimed over the same period to that to which they relate before our own management fee is charged.  For example we will take over management of the property as soon as possible and should we pay your existing agent a two month termination fee we reclaim from you over the next two months  (so that you pay no more than you would have done) and our management fee  is payable from month three onward.
3.  All our fees and charges are inclusive of VAT.
